The Employees with Disabilities Association (EWDA) is collecting disability profiles from members like you to help amplify the real experiences of employees with disabilities at Â鶹¹ú²úAV. This short form gives you the opportunity to share your story — a powerful tool in our efforts to implement lasting change and build real support across our campus community. Your responses will be published on a poster and displayed in the Perry Library throughout April as part of Global Awareness Accessibility Awareness Day (May 15th).Â
Why does it matter?
Universities often respond best to data and stories. By completing this brief profile, you’re helping EWDA advocate for improved accessibility, better policies, and more inclusive practices for not just employees, but students as well. When we tell our stories collectively, we spotlight the gaps, celebrate the strengths, and push the institution toward action.
💡 The form can take just 5-10 minutes to complete — and every submission adds a crucial piece to the bigger picture.

Your lived experience could be the insight that helps another colleague feel seen, or the spark that leads to meaningful improvements across campus.
Let’s keep moving the needle forward — together.
