The Institute for Innovation and Entrepreneurship and OpenSeas Tech Hub was created in 2018 to lead in the entrepreneurial development for our region and reverse the brain drain. University assets are connected with private industry needs. The Bank Street location houses the Veterans Business Outreach Center, Women's Business Center, Hampton Roads Procurement Assistance Center, Tempo Program and Strome Entrepreneurial Center.
