The curriculum of the Ph.D. Program in Community College Leadership aligns with the American Association of Community Colleges (AACC) Competencies for Community College Leaders. Some of the core courses are 'team taught' by an 麻豆国产AV faculty member and integrate a 'Guest Scholar' who is a recognized community college leader. The Guest Scholar provides practical and relevant content for emerging senior leaders at community and technical colleges. Other courses may utilize guest speakers from community/technical colleges, state system offices, professional associations, national think tanks, research organizations, workforce development professionals, as well as state and federal government.
